Welcome to our MVP Care Plan. A great way to spread the cost of your pet’s treatments and give them the preventative healthcare they deserve.

**Please only sign up to a plan if your pet is currently registered at our practice!** If you are not, please call 01376 325 511 to register first.

There are great savings, and the cost of products and services included in the plan are split into convenient monthly Direct Debit payments.

It’s really easy to join and your pet can enjoy the benefits right away!

The MVP Care Plan covers all your pets’ basic preventative health care needs including:

Annual vaccination with the all important vet health examination
Flea, worming and if you have a dog tick cover, as convenient monthly treatments
An additional vet health examination halfway through the year of the plan

There is a joining fee of £5 per pet, taken with the first Direct Debit and you will be asked to make your first payment today to start enjoying the benefits and savings.

We advise you check when your pet’s annual vaccination and flea/worm/tick cover is due as this is covered under the MVP Care Plan, if you are unsure please contact us. We can also check their records to make sure we have a recent weight and may advise a nurse appointment.

And just a reminder ….

There is a one off £5 admin charge to start up EACH pet’s direct debit payment, this is taken with your first direct debit payment.

MVP Care Plan savings apply as a completed 12 MONTH CONTRACT – the cost of treatment is spread equally over the 12 months. We hope you don’t need to, but if you are considering cancellation of your plan, midterm, the discounts do not apply to the MVP Care Plan products, services and discounts already taken and used. You may have a balance to pay as you will be charged full price for anything taken under the MVP Care Plan. Please contact us before you make any changes to your payments. Completing the 12 months in full are the terms of this MVP Care Plan contract. This will automatically roll into subsequent years, unless you tell us otherwise. Failure to pay monthly payments will result in suspension of your care plan and the same process will follow.
